Our Team
At KMB Boudoir, we’re a husband and wife team with a shared passion for helping people see their beauty in a whole new light. As artists, we believe boudoir photography is more than a photoshoot. It’s an experience that celebrates confidence, connection, and self-love.
Together, we create a space where you can relax, laugh, and truly feel yourself in front of the camera. Kyle brings his creative direction and technical expertise behind the lens, while Katelyn ensures every detail feels natural and empowering. From soft and romantic to bold and daring, our sessions are designed to capture every side of you.
Based in Lakeland and serving clients across Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Orlando, we’re here to show you that boudoir photography isn’t about perfection. It’s about celebrating the real, beautiful you.
Kyle Bruce
Photographer
Growing up, I struggled with my own body image and self-worth. I always preferred to be the person behind the camera, and tried to avoid stepping into the spotlight myself. It took years to finally not just accept my body just the way it was, but to feel fully confident and comfortable in my own skin. When I began taking boudoir photos of my wife after having our first child, and realizing that it was helping her to finally see herself the way I saw her that I realized the true power that this style of photography can have. Now it is my hope that I can help others see themselves the way they deserve to: perfect just the way they are.

After having my first child, I found myself struggling to recognize the woman in the mirror. My body had changed in ways I wasn’t prepared for. Having a child has been the most rewarding experience of my life, but it’s no secret that pregnancy and birth can change your body in ways you just never expect. It didn’t matter how many times my husband told me I looked beautiful, everything was still just different. Boudoir has helped me to show me that even though I look different the things I used to love about myself haven’t disappeared. They just evolved. And that realization changed everything.
Now I get to share that experience with other women, helping them to see themselves in a whole new light.
